Outward represents openness and a striving to understand the universe. It also represents a generosity of spirit and a general lightness of being. It represents an extreme point on one of the general dimensional aspects of the human soul (i.e., one's general perspective on life).

Outward is a limited edition lost wax bronze casting of 9 (not counting the artist's proof copy). It was cast at the Artworks Foundry in Berkeley, California, which is one of the nation's premier fine art foundries. Its dimensions are 20 1/2"H x 17 3/4"W x 8 1/4"D. Its base (not shown) is black granite and is 1 1/4"H x 8"W 10 1/2"D. Outward and it's companion piece Inward are members of my Perspective series.
